The C4N EBR App has been developed to provide Credentialed nurses and prospective Credentialed nurses with a user friendly CPD portfolio to document professional development relevant to credentialing.

To download the C4N EBR App to your smart phone, simply go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once you have completed your EBR report, simply copy and paste the link provided to you to include in your online application for credentialing.

• Upload an image of your evidence

• Save your activity

• Build your EBR report from your activities by date range

• See the total hours selected for your Education related activities and Practice Development related activities

 

You will also be able to:​

• Edit your report prior to submitting
